Several things you 'got' were wrong or incomplete, so here's the correct info.

F11 = F100 4WD

Y = 352 2V

K = Kansas City MO Assembly Plant.

818757 = 1966, assembled February 1966.

129" Wheelbase.

G = Chrome Yellow.

F110 = F100 4WD, 5,600 lbs. GVWR

D81: D = Medium Beige Crush Vinyl & Medium Beige Cody Pattern Woven Plastic / 81 = 81B Custom Cab.

A = New Process 435 4 Speed Manual Transmission.

08* = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.50-1 / No Limited Slip / 3,300 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.

5,600 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

172 net HP @ 4,000 RPM

441946:

44 = Twin Cities MN Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.

1946: Domestic Special Order number, truck special ordered by original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."

* If the AXLE code contains a 3rd digit, it could decode to the 4WD's front driving axle type/ratio/capacity.

But after circa 1964, very few AXLE codes have a 3rd digit pertaining to 4WD

See what * refers to in post 3.

The front ratio will be very close to the rear ratio of 3.50.

Front driving axle has an ID tag which is located under one of the bolts that retains the inspection cover to the housing. Have you looked to see if it's still there?

Don't be surprised if it's missing. When people R&R'd the inspection covers, many forgot or didn't bother to re-install the ID tags.
