Question 351W head question

My 1985 F-150 with a 351W recently ran hot and cracked a head. I have found a used head to replace it but there is one difference. On mine the rocker arms are bolted down, so there is a threaded hole. But on the other head there are studs sticking up to attach the arms to. My question is, are the studs pressed or drilled into the other head? Thanks for any help.

most likely the studs are pressed. you really need to find a matching casting #'s head if you just want to change only one. Otherwise, one side of the motor will have either more or less compression than the other. And the pushrods won't be the right length for one side either

The casting #'s are located under the intake ports. Yours are probably something like E5AE, E5TE or something similar.
