speedometer and odometer dont work
I was driving to the landfill and the speedo quit and since then my overdrive light is flashing my tranny wont shift right and my abs light is on. On my speedo my odometer or my speedo are not working. I have an 95 F350 with 460 e04d tranny. could this be the speed pick-up on the tranny? where should i start?

I'd definitely start with the sensor on the rear end. It's easy to replace and you should be able to get one for about 15-20 bucks. Don't let a dealer do it because they'll charge you an arm and a leg to do it. It's pretty simple, and shouldn't take more than 10 minutes or so.

thanks for the info. Is the sensor is in the rearend not the tranny? i was told (NAPA) that there was also a sensor in the trans. Just courious what is the rear end in the f350?
