surging 98 expedition
have a 98 with 350 motor and the bigger tranny, i just got it, when it warms up it starts to surge, rpm gauge goes up . but the power does not. i ran a scan and replaced 2 of the co2 sensors . it seemed to help i thing. but still does it. its been real hot here in omaha ne. i undid the gas cap and it deff was vapor locking. but still did it when i left cap off . any idea out there ,
