Could anyone help a guy out?

First I would like to say that I'm dumb. Very Dumb. Took my starter off a few months ago and now I am atempting to put it back on. I forgot where the wires go . Could someone look at there truck and tell me which wire goes where (or take a picture). I have a 88 with a c-6 so same year/trans would be good but I think most should be the same. Thanks!

you should have 2 wires, one being you ground and the other frome the sylonide, take you ground and attach it to one of your bolts that you attach to your starter and your other wire should go at the end of the starter on a little "post"

Straight six starters never had a solenoid. The wire that's bolted to the frame beside the shock tower (battery - ) goes to the lower starter mounting bolt. The one coming straight off the starter relay (on the inner fender by the battery) goes to the terminal on the front (toward the radiator) of the starter. The sizes of the holes in the wires' terminals should tell you which goes where.
