2012 6.7 missing/ power loss
The engine feels like its missing at low RPM. I would equate it to the feeling of a bad coil pack in a gas engine. The boost indicator drops to 0 for a split second then recovers. The dealer says they can’t find the issue but went ahead and replaced the turbo. After the turbo replacement It got worse. This is an intermittent problem with no codes. Any one else have this issue How do you fix it?

I want to get your regional customer service manager involved so they can step in and assist. To move forward, send me a PM with your VIN, dealer, mileage, daytime phone number, and full name; I'll do the rest.
Thanks!

I'm told that the early EcoBoost F150s had a intake condensation post-intercooler that resulted in similar symptoms. Obviously, our ICs are different, as they are water to air instead of air to air. Now that I think more, perhaps that is the source? Check for coolant in the IC?
Crystal,
Thanks for the offer of help. I am new to using blogs and bulletin boards but, I have learned along time ago not to give personal info over the internet. I hope you understand. I can tell you that the dealership is in Carrollton, TX the only Ford dealership in Carrollton and I'll be bringing it in this weekend 7/20 and the service manager is working the issue. According to the shop foreman its the only 6.7L truck he has seen with this issue. The regional CS mgr could contact him regarding the truck. If you could give me his name I could pass it on to the service manager. I am sorry for the cloak and dagger I just don't know you.
Thank you for your help!

Finally, Ford fixed that and that problem has not returned.
The truck ran better than new after 4-5 flashes and new solenoids over two years.
But now it "stalls" shifting into 3rd.
This problem began to occur about 4,000 miles ago.
Similar to the other issue, only after startup and once it occurs during that startup, it won't repeat until possibly the next startup or possibly three startups from then.
Once again, difficult to reproduce random.
Lately, as soon as it stalls, if the engine is already warm, I just punch it.
Maybe something will break.
It's almost like the fuel is cut for 1 second because it's always during acceleration.
I haven't taken it in for this specific issue.
I've grown tired of discussing my transmission with my dealer but I'll probably bring it up since I am in need of a coolant check anyways.

Compared to how the truck used to shift, I can live with it the way it shifts now. Still annoying when it acts up from time to time.
