Thanks for all the kind words. The truck is a '48 just like Henry built it except for the engine work. My future plans are to drive the wheels off it! My name is Emerson Stout and I live out in the country south east of Utica, Ohio. The engine internals are 3.312 bore X 4inch stroke, 276CI, cam unknown. Runs real strong! The picture at CMS was in 2015. We drove it there from Ohio and from there to Nashville to visit kin and back to Ohio. The old flathead never missed a beat at 3,000 + RPM all the way. Who needs a damn Chevy engine to run the interstate
