Intercooler pipe
Has anyone had there intercooler pipe/hose blow off. It's happened twice so far. It pops off on the turbo output-intercooler input side at the lower expansion hose. Computer scan says everything is fine. I hope I just have bad luck with the clamps. But I also have had about every problem listed in this forum for the 6.0 powerstroke.Any ideas????

I don't know about the 6.0 but I have seen a few 7.3's that our vault company uses blow them off. If you tighten the clamp down too far it just squeeses the hose off. I never did understand wht they do not have a lip on the end of the intercooler pipe like Dodge does.
