Weird idles??

Weird idles??
Hey everyone,
My 96 F350 7.3 has some weird idling issues. When in park the rpm's are around 630 I think and when I put it in any other gear (R, N, D, 2, 1) it jumps up to around 710 I think (rpm's are guesstimates). Any reason it'd be doing this? It has a new MLPS.
