The front turn lights under the headlights are working correct? If so, take the instrument cluster out, take the bulbs out, and work them in and out of the sockets a few times, and take a pencil eraser and clean the areas where the sockets go against the circuit board. Usually the bulbs are good, it's just bad connections. Check all your bulbs while you are in there and clean them all.

If the signals work but the dash lights dont flash it should have worked. I have a 86 and i had 7 burnt bulbs between cluster lights and indicator lights. 194 bulbs fit mine. I think older ones take them too.

Thank you very much Franklin i took it all apart used a soft pencil eraser to the contacts on the circuit board they both now work wouldnt have done it with out your help since i am still somewhat new to Ford's
