This is a cross between pathetic and cool.......
It plays through the speakers of the car and is not an aftermarket addition, it's factory.

A step up from playing cards in the spokes, possibly a lighter version of the "sound tube" Ford put in the late model Mustangs so you can hear the intake roar or something.
