About a month ago I had antifreeze leaking out from under the manifold. This starts my saga, found oil in the antifreeze so I decided to do the bulletproof upgrade. Did the egr upgrade with stock oil cooler, replaced the faulty o ring to stop antifreeze leak. While I was in there(this process took two weeks cause I really took my time to label and clean everything)I had Ed at FICM do the life time upgrade with eco tune, replaced turbo supply and return oil lines, blue spring upgrade, turbo rebuilt(by local shop here in denver), sinister diesel coolant filter. Everything was going great and it fired up right away. My problem now is that I have no boost, I have checked the map snsor hose and it is clear, took off the intake to turbo and I can turn impeller freely. VGT plug checked and wires to VGT checked for damage, found none. I have a scgII and I am running fine on everything else. What can I check next? Thanks in advance as you guys have basically did this change over for me with all the advise I have gotten.----Stan
Assuming everything was working boost wise before you took things apart I would venture to guess you probably have an exhaust leak or maybe one of the CAC boots is leaking. Did you make sure the EBP sensor is plugged in? Its on the drivers side just below the FICM and is attached to the exhaust manifold via a tube, if it is not there it is mounted to the thermostat housing. I would check all of the exhaust connections you messed with and look for leaks.
Boost worked great before. Forgot to give the most important part, scgII says p2262, which is=no detected boost mechanical. Dont have any exhaust leaks either.
removed ebp sensor and verified it was correct number on sensor (didnt trust dealer), installed and checked plug, nice and tight. Is there a way to check map sensor? Hot washed the intake when I had it off and probably got something in sensor after start up

I know you said you checked the hose, but did you check the nipple in the intake also?
set up scangageII to read psi per prior thread. when I turn the key on and and do not start the motor the psi is at 11.9, I then start the motor and it still reads the same even if I rev it up. Safe to say bad map sensor?

Set it to read MAP, BARO, and EBP. They should read virtually identical at KOEO.
