Well after the last few weeks of dealing with these folks I need to retract any previous statements I made suggesting that anyone buy a computer from them.
At first they were very easy to work with and sent me a computer quickly, however the first computer I received was the wrong part number, sent it back and received another computer no problem.
However, the second computer I received was defective, it would kill ignition timing to the point of the motor not being able to run with the SPOUT connector in, and running very poorly with it out.
Returned that computer after much arguing with them convincing them it was indeed the computer causing the issue, and today received yet another defective unit in the mail. I have confirmed 100% the fault is the computer with a junkyard computer from a similar truck. The junkyard computer runs my truck flawlessly, where these "reman" units they are sending me run it terribly and this second unit won't even start the truck, just cranking and sputtering.
So I would avoid these people at all costs, sorry to anyone I may have referred before.
