I just put what O'reillys had in stock in and it opened at over 200* and the bottom valve part was too long. You need to put a Mtrcrft one in in this case to eliminate that problem for starters, they are more sophisticated nowadays with the 2 valves and all. Clean the face of the rads and straighten the fins, you can remove the cover above to get at it better. Don't bend the fins with high pressure water.
