Has anyone had any problems with the doors on the crew cab squeaking when going over bumps. I just bought a 03 4x4 and only has 700 miles on it and it is very annoying. I have to turn the radio up so i don't here it. When other people get in the truck they all ask what is that noise. Just wanted some advise before I go to the dealer. thanks
I'd be at the dealers when they open up.
700 Miles? All you should hear is the PSD if you have it .
For me, I like the rattles, but then I have 92K on my '99 and the more sound it makes the better I feel . Hope the dealer finds a simple solution, or gets you another truck. Lemon laws are different in each state, keep a record of what you into the dealership for, maintenance and repair wise....Good luck!!
Mine creak and squeak a lot when I hit bumps, or turn in and out of driveways. It can be annoying, but I think it's a common problem with these Superdutys. THis has been mentioned before so you may want to perform a search. If you find a solution let me know.

mine squeaks alot but it's not the hinges or latches. sounds to me like the rubber seals squeaking against the clean paint. i've asked afew people about it and they say to try silicone spray on the seals. i'm going to check with the dealer this weekend and see what they are willing to do about it
blueovalman is right I think. My doors creaked driving over rough road and all I did was put a thin coat of dielectric grease on all the rubber door seals. Worked great. So far it's still gone after 4000 miles and it only cost $4! Give it a try before you spent the effort to go back to the dealer. It's a 15 minute job and you can do it in your own driveway.
A squeak or rattle is frustrating but it hardly makes a truck a lemon . Every pickup I've owned made some noises whether it was new or used. I hunt down and fix the ones I can find and live with the ones I can't.
I have an '03 F250 Crew it started squeaking with only 75 miles on it, took it back, they replaced all the door seals and that fixed the problem so far. Previous posts recommended Dooreze for an easy fix...but my opinion is when you buy a 35K truck, it shouldn't be squeaking, especially when my Chevy buddies are riding along...
