We've had a little rain, but not too much. It's been those quick heavy showers that dump a 1/4 inch in 20 minutes then go away just a couple of times last week. Not unheard of but certainly unusual to have those kinds of storms to pass through here. Mostly it's just been hot. 90's last week. Low hundreds this week they're saying, but back to upper 80's by next weekend. Just in time to dry out the weeds good for fireworks fires. Now there's some good nonsense.
