I just put on a set of Monroe Reflex shocks all the way around. About $40 a piece from Advance Auto Parts. They give a firm ride and do well over irregular road surfaces.

I heard the sensatracks are too soft for trucks, they are made more for cars. As far as monroe's, the reflex was the better choice for trucks. Many many shocks out there.

I installed Bilstein shocks on my truck. Nice firm ride and would say they are some of the best on the market. Cheapest place I found them was at auto zone for 65 front and 60 for the rear.

I have Rancho 5000's and love them. You can usually find them on sale, buy three get one free.

I have the Edelbrock's on my 91 F150. I like them. Firm enough ride for me, good recovery, helps the cornering also. But then again by the time I took the originals off there was so little resistance left you couldn't have used them on a thigh master so anything would have been an improvement.
