Only if you don't want to deal with getting a new grille.
Not sure what I'm going to do yet. I might just leave the factory grill and just repaint the center bars. I really liked the idea of the chrome 05 grill so I may have to bite the bullet and spend the money on a pre cut grill. If it weren't for the Platinum bumper I would just do an 05 conversion.

Finally grabbed a couple pictures of the headlights.

Found another 05 grill. Here's the start to customizing this one. Ignore the 70's garage carpet lol

looking good man. good luck with the grill this time around. luckily when I cut mine down, it was only a XL grill.

I plan on buying the new 05+ bumper setup and using an uncut grill to finish my 05 conversion. your bumper is pretty nice though

If you're wondering why I removed the honeycomb, it's for these lil guys.

I still need to finish the bottom of the grill to smooth it out.

Finally got my 05 grill on plus mounted my Rigid Industries Dually spot lights. The white zip ties that are visible at the bottom will be swapped out for black ones.

I'm pretty happy with the result.

I love these things. Compact yet still extremely bright and blinding even during the day.

I've started looking at custom grill emblems, I may just grab a factory one and acetone it.

Next up is replacing the COPS and hope it cures my misfire.

I can't remember where I bought them, it was through a vendor on another forum. I went with spots since I travel a lot of two lane back roads at night and there are plenty of deer in my area.

They are worth every penny. I'll never go back to a halogen off road light or even hid. Eventually I'd like to get a 30" combo bar and put it behind the grill.

Thank you. Lol, I guess some of these shops you have to walk them through installs. That's why I like doing my own stuff.

Lol I guess, did you need a drop pitman arm and track bar bracket? Mine ended up needing them so i just ordered them from BDS I got just a tad over 3" in the front.

Nope, I didn't need either one. A pitman arm I could see just to keep things a little closer to stock angles but was the zone track bar not long enough?

The Zone track bar was plenty long enough but the pitman arm was too short so my steering wheel is turn about 90* to the right lol. I got a drop pitman arm and bracket just so that they would be in the same location to prevent bump steer. They said i only needed the drop pitman arm and knowing that its best to get both i asked the guy and he said its not necessary but it would be a good idea to.
