Greetings everyone,

What a great site !!! I have a F250 CCab PSD Auto here in Aust. I purchased it new in March 02 and have about 12000 miles up. Cant stop driving it .... !!! We tow a 18ft Caravan and camp as much as possible. The F Trucks have been reintroduced after a long spell and I bought mine from a local dealer.
I have a few mods ... running an engine oil temp gauge with the sensor mounted in the oil pump and a transmission temp gauge for the auto with the sensor mounted in the diagnostic port. Both gauges are Autometer. I also have a large magnet on bottom of oil filter to trap ferrous metal has been there from day one.
Next is a EGT gauge and eventually a Diablo Controller after reading about it in this forum.
Looking forward to the group postings !!!

Regards
Anthony

I agree 100% about that wine but what the hell is with the foam "cork"? Anywho, welcome to the group. I'm very new myself but hop in here at least once a day as there is always something new to learn or laugh about.

Regards,
Jeff

Welcome to FTE from Canyon Lake, Texas! You are going to like it here! I used to have a 2001 F250, but now I have a 2002 S'crew. Both great trucks, but now I pull the S'crew behind my 36' Monoco motorhome. Welcome, again!

Thanks for the welcome ! I'll try to post a pic of "effie" in my gallery. The bullbar might be of interest to some .... made here in Aust .... color matched to body .... has IPF daytime running lights and twin 10inch Lightforce spot lights.

Anthony: Welcome to FTE, always great to hear from members in far away lands!! Nice looking truck, and check out the right hand steering, now that would take getting used to! I cant imagine my wife sitting to my left(thats my good ear) I would have no excuse for not hearing her. But on the other hand, over here at a stoplight you could look down at the driver next to you and see face to face. Advantages are endless!! One of our members in Calif. would take this to a new level!

Stop back often,enjoy the fun,
Lenny

Anthony,

Welcome. Love the picture of the truck. Where in the world did you find the bumper with lights mounted internally to it? I haven't seen that before.

G'day Steve,

Front Bar comes from a company called "ARB" an off road component maker. I believe they export this front bar and diff locks for the Super Duty's to the USA. Bar is made from 1/8 inch (approx) steel plate. Front spotlights are from Lightforce (Aust Company) and they export to USA also .... they are made from almost indestructable polycarbonate .... lenses come in blue, yellow, red, green and clear. The blue goes well with the silver of my truck and the blue of the "Ford Oval" . The daytime lights fitted flush in the bar are IPF (55w) and the bar has the brackets already fitted to mount the lights straight in ....

I'll take a better pic and post in album ..... now there is an excuse to back truck out and have a beer !!!!!

Regards
Anthony
