I'll have to check mine again, but the pump is only about 18 months old and the pressure was around 65 PSI last time I checked.

 

I need to get an inline gauge installed like Glenn did on his truck. That way i can always monitor and rule it out if need be.

 

Yeah that's one gauge I would really like to add to mine as well. I have the basics covered now (EGT, Trans Temp, and Boost) but keeping an eye on the fuel pressure would really be nice as well.

 

Well, my CPS is getting replaced today. I got both IH part numbers and have read that either one will work? One was made of tin and the newer one is made of gold metal? Just wanting to verify. I was going to get one from Napa, but then saw that it is recommended to only use Ford or IH parts, especially on this.

What made me decide it was this sensor was the three intermittent times it died yesterday while going into reverse and coming to a stop. Starts right back up, but I have read it is good to replace anyways.
