I keep thinking of this, I am looking forward to it, but I still need to find a movie combo that works for the family.

I want to see the second Incredibles but we are going to be gone the next two to three weekends, so it will probably be out of the theater by then.

Me either. Had plans to go earlier this year for one of the kid's birthday but ended up going ice skating instead.

Well, that Bites!!

Evidently it wasn't bringing in enough money, plus we had kind of a crazy weather summer where the weather wasn't ideal for going and sitting outside. I am just as guilty about it closing, as I meant to go all summer, but just couldn't find the time.

What a real bummer, we kept saying that we were going to go too but never did. It was hard for us since we spent most of our weekends at the lake and the campground closes at 10 PM each night. Forced us to leave Wichita early every time we came down

I think the Kanopolis Drive In is still operating. I checked and their season runs from April to September. Maybe we should look into a camping/drive in weekend sometime in the spring.

Motion picture industry veteran and Tulsa Drive-in theatre owner Blake Smith has agreed to take over the Starlite Drive-in from current owner Chuck Bucinski, in what all sides are labeling “the right deal, at the right time, with the absolute right thing to do for Wichita.”The deal was announced Friday.
