Yesterday I traded off my 94 F150.I'm going to miss it sorely but the standard cab was just too tight a fit for my size and bulk.
So now I'm going to start looking for either a near mint full size Bronco with a 5.8 or a 94-96 F150 with a larger cab and 4X4 in near mint shape with a bucket seat interior, though I MAY opt for a 97 or later F150 as they're easier to find but I'm not big on a V6 or a 4.6,and have heard too many stories about 5.4's blowing out the plug threads.
The 94 got an excellent home though,it went to a lady who gave it a name before she even picked it up from me so that softened the blow of giving it up.
I did,but I actually still have it,so if someone needs it I have it.I'd be glad to pay it forward or return it to you if you'd like it back.
I straightened out the bent cover and the back as I had a bit of time one night and was looking for something useful to do,kind of like make work I guess, after all,who would've ever seen it installed in the truck.
After 96 Ford Trucks stopped looking like Ford Trucks. The 94-96 where the best Ford ever built I think. I hate to say it but a Dodge 1500 would be a better choice after the 96 F150.

Sad to see a sister truck get traded off, glad to hear the lady gave it a name, means they are more likely to give it lots of TLC, on that note what name did the lady give the truck??
also on the radio of the original owner doesnt want it back or you decide to pay it forward let me know, im looking for a replacement radio for my truck and I am kind of hesitent to pull one from the JY as I have heard stories of how the radios will lock out and become useless, but I would like to find a original radio/cd/tape deck unit that would have come with the truck...don't really want all this new fangled stuff, tho Sirius radio is a nice thing to have tho....

"on that note what name did the lady give the truck??"
She calls her Golden Girl.
I saw her and the truck yesterday and she really loves the truck.
