Busy as always. With race season winding down, and not as many events, might be able to do some things around here. September 21 is the anniversary of a day I would rather not remember, but life goes on no matter what happens. Been quite the summer/early fall already though, with the diagnosis on my wife being quite the roller coaster ride, then the broken/chipped bone in my daughter's foot, plus lately back issues getting worse for me, just haven't been doing as much. The back issues are interesting in that the docs haven't been able to figure out exactly why they have gotten worse either...
Been having back issues the last few days myself. I had one of those "take a breath, and tweak your back" problems. Lower back is tight as hell, driving me nuts!
You could try one of the stretches I have to do. You lay flat on your back, and pull your knee to your chest. (one at a time) It helps to stretch the low back muscles, and the disc just kind of pops back over where it should be.
Well shoot I'll half to wait for the Iowa winter thread, I've been flowing the fail stuff but haven't found much in the Iowa section. There is surely something worth talking about in IA.
