sensor on fuel rail
OK I had the FPR go out on my 88-4.9L. I had gas actually coming out of the vacuum hose on it. I took it off last night and while I was there I noticed this sensor that Is just clipped onto the fuel rail in front of the FPR. it has an electrical plug with two wires on it. It is just held onto the fuel rail with a clip. I can pop it right off with no problem.
I have always wondered, what is this for?? anybody know?
