Climate Control Gone Nuts

Hello
I have a 06-F350 KR and the climate control has gone nuts. When I hit the off button it wont shut off and the fan speed increases. When in auto mode the fan speed will decrease but the temps are very inconstant. It never shuts off and even in auto mode the fan speeds are very high.

Which vents is the system blowing out of?

When in auto mode it blows through the front vents, when switched to off the fan speed increases and blows through the defrost vents.

That is a symptom of a vacuum leak.
