baileybilt, I'm 7.5 or 8 miles out west on Walnut street (depends upon whether you're sunning an auto or stick )/.75 miles from the county line.........where are you?........and yes it seems slow to me but I work nights and am probably asleep when most people are online

hey , cbx you're right out in my old neck of the woods i grew up on the county line a couple miles off of walnut str. im living in town now though. but i've come to the conclusion that i dont like it at all so im looking to move back out in the country sometime this summer.

Hey, baileybilt....we've been out here 5 years now and love it even during 'Covered Bridge' festival time.......town is ok but we wanted to be out in 'the boonies' and I think we are as close to that as you can get in this state anymore..........if you know anyone who can repair cab mounts, I'd be happy toget in touch with them..........TIA, cbx

cbx what are you fixing cab mounts on? i spent about thirty years living out in there and i'd have to agree its about as deeps woods as you'll get around here. i looked for a way to p m you or e mail you but couldnt find one.

baileybilt, I have kept up with my 86 Ranger mechanically but I'm no good at body work.....the driver's side cab mounts are shot and the truck has too much life in it to just give up on, but I'm beginning to worry that the next time I stop hard, the cab and I might end up in front of the truck

well im not much of a body man either,cbx,but i know they used to make slide over cab mounts for the older full size fords,if you could get a set of those for your ranger they shouldnt be to bad to put on.

Hey all im Todd in North Vernon just seen the new indiana chapter and had to jump in here and say hi. Hey Indiana Trucker I grew up there in your neck of the woods went to carroll High. My Mom & Dad still live up there and I visit when I can. Always nice to get back to familiar ground. See ya !
