What is this hose?
I have a '94 E-150 Econoline with a 5.8 engine. The oil filler cap is on the end of a tube. A rubber hose of some sort comes off of that same tube.
Here's a picture of the uninstalled assembly:
Where is the other end of that rubber hose supposed to go?
My beloved '94 van wouldn't start today, and I opened the hood and saw that hose not attached to anything. I'm wondering if that's what my problem is.
