Are you having a problem that requires replacing them?

EGTs are running higher than I would like. And ECTs are as well.

This with Atlas 40 on FICM, 65hp tune with SCT tuner. Had to do major repairs last year as most was posted Head, gaskets, studs, oil cooler, water pump and all that goes with it....During winter was bad at all, but since has got warm, temps have climbed daily run empty 200 plus ects, egts 1000 easy.. Haven't pulled hard yet,but that is coming up just trying to prevent walking.

Might find a better deal somewhere else but this is supposed to be a nice radiator:

BeCool will sell you a similar one also. All aluminum.

The pic shows tranny cooler connections but the specs say no tranny cooler. Do your homework before purchasing.

I might be a "tad" bit concerned about the 200* ECT's running empty but 1000* EGT's tuned is nothing. Consider that you're running a tuned FICM and PCM and you're getting quite a bit more fuel. Those alone will raise your EGT's quite a bit, but nothing a bigger intercooler is going to fix. I'd concentrate on what's making your coolant temps run that high (though they aren't that high). Have you changed the thermostat and/or checked fan operation?

Hey Tim, I run 195 to 204 ect empty or loaded depending on ambients. I think I got one of the good t-stats out of the factory. It's still the original and has always run there.

Thermostat is new, well replaced it and the water pump when I had it torn down. Not had it hot enough to get the fan to kick in.

That's pretty much what mine runs also Mike--actually 188-207 is more my spread. I try to stay out of the temp threads because my bulletproof doesn't act like a typical truck. I know my truck cools better running the A/C because fan operation happens more often.
