Yoke differences

Is there a difference in the yoke at the transfer case for the front drive shaft between one that's for a 1310 u-joint and a 1330 u-joint other than the width between caps? Is the 1330 beefier?

More importantly, would the 1310 give me more clearance than the 1330, which is what I have:

I don't know numbers, but I had to swap mine for the beefier one out of my f350 when I used the front d/s from the f350. There is a noticeable difference.

Yea I have a transfer case that's setup for a truck more heavy duty than an F100 which is what it's in. It causes my driveshaft to bind and if I can fix it by changing out the yoke I need to know.

blue one is from my 78 f150 Scab, other is from my 79 f350

And the 1310 is being held about 1/4-1/2 an inch in front of the bottom yoke if I had to guess, so it does look like the cut is recessed more which would give me more room for articulation. Thanks!

that or get a d/s with a cardan joint like on my d/s.

rusty one is from the f350, now in my scab
black one is my stock f150 scab

I don't know where I'd get that though for my drive shaft.

I have no idea how you could know which truck would have them without looking. My f150 scab and f350 reg cab had that joint, my f150 reg cab did not, don't remember ever looking at my f250 reg cab. maybe f250's and up have the cardan? the f150 scab has the f250 front end so maybe that's the difference.
