Daytime light module - Aerostar Problem

Does someone know the part number for that jumper? I have gone through three DRL modules in the past few years plus five more that I got from the wrecker that turned out to be no good. I would really like to do away with it.
Also, Is the Daytime Light module the thing mounted beside the battery with the eight pin socket as I have been previously instructed?
Not to second guess the guy at the garage who told me, Just want to make sure. I did a search for the part number listed on that piece and came up empty on the internet.
