Idle Running Rich

What can I do to solve my problem ?
At Idle HC PPM are too high, little more than 400 PPM
at High HC PPM are Ok, something about 150 PPM.
I already checked timing and is 10 degrees BTC

PCV valve might be stuck or bad leak in vaccum line.

I am having the same problem but 15 mph reading is 149, failing is 152.

If not that it might be you air pump.

well thanks a lot for information, yesterday i came again to emissions test and all was ok. at idle I got 67 and running about 2500 rpm I got 27 in PPM. O2 and all other parameters were Ok.
