Paint codes
Does anyone know what color paint code 8 is? My trucks a 78 and still wearing the factory baby blue, but whenever I try to find code 8 for that year it ends up giving me brown.

According to paintref.com, it is also 3U or M5467. Name is light blue.

'Just wondering who or what is "it"?

In any case according to 1973-1979 Ford Truck VIN Tag Codes (Exterior Paint) - FORDification.net , the color is "Light Blue".

Thanks got the help guys. It was referring to paint ref. prefix 8 was listed as brown. I didn't know if there was more than 1 "light blue."
