Need help today will not start

Need help today will not start
1992 f150 5.0 4x4
was driving the other day and itjust shut off
cranks but do not hear fuel pump, engage
jumped the relay and it engauged the pump so i bought new relay and still no pump noise
jumped it again and it comes on
so i had my friend jump it with a wire in the fues box and i cranked it but wont fire
i checked for spark and i have spark
what is next? i need answers ASAP
