.. NO good off-the-shelf 351M pistons available... they have an unusual, very tall compression height... custom pistons too expensive... modified KB 351C/Tim Meyer pistons, 400 crank, and mild performance cam/lifters/springs give best results by far... and not too expensive to do... stock 351M or 400 heads can be used, especially the freer flowing 1970-1971 400 heads......
