The bumper and side steps are bolt ons from iron cross. The back bumper is a 2010 off a super duty, it needed modified. Front lights are Harley lights that just slip in and the mirrors are 08 super duty that needed to clip a plastic piece to give clearance to fit.
Ok well you asked for opinions...
Like the bumpers, steps, mirrors, wheels, tires, lights....think the paint job is ugly - looks like a 13 year old spray painted it in their back yard.
Some people like shiny paint jobs. I wanted something unique that won't chip or scratch and look mean as hell. I love the line-x. I'm just glad finger prints don't show on it from all the people that walk up and touch it.

Commend and respect you liking your truck different, it's your truck so IMHO your opinion is the only one that counts. No offense taken from my earlier post, I just care for that pain stye.
Hey, why not. Been seeing a few cars running around here local that have something like that, but they don't look like sand paper, there's texture, but paint or whatever it is, is "flat", no shine. Looks great! : )
Looks pretty cool!! I just cant believe you have places that will do that...when i got my old truck's bed sprayed with line-x i asked how much would it be to do the lower half of my truck in line-x and they said they dont do that...
I got that response from one also. You need to find a dealer that's totally bought into the product and it's the only thing they do, and not just some side-job like window tinting, stereo installs, and linex. The dealer near me does everything, to the point some of the local boat-builders now take their parts to him to have done before they install on a new Yellowfin, Andros, etc. Pictures of all the different things they do: Line-X of Sarasota | Protective Coatings
How much weight do you think it added to the truck?
I like the look though and especially not having to wash and wax it and worry about scratches from branches all the time.
It's different.
I had some spots on my rockcrawler done in line-x.
I vowed to never do it again on anything that would ever get muddy, or get any other chemicals on it.
Mud left on it WILL stain the coating, as will a number of other chemicals.
That being said, touch up is easy with a can of spray paint, , but gone are the days of just being able to wipe off whatever got on the truck. The texture puts an end to that, even if you go with the smoothest texture options.
Yup, if I had mine or an extra for bouncing around in the mud or trees, it would be Line-X'd. Good job! Im sure theres an amount of sound deadening as well. Its like you're driving a big rubber ball!!
