Check all the hoses and replace the serpentine belt. Don't forget to check the differentials and add one of those treatment products for the gas since it's been in there for so long. The tires will probably need replacement too since they were sitting on the same spot for so long. So, appart from fluids, rubber is the other thing to keep an eye on, of course a fresh battery or if yours is still good have it properly charged before reusing it, you don't want it to overburden the alternator if the charge is too low.
Like Encho said, anything rubber should be checked and or replaced. The 1993 Bronco I acquired had been sitting probably 2+ years. My leather interior was destroyed by the Florida sun and non-tinted windows. My fuel pump looked like a science project gone wrong! I had to do 2 fuel injector cleanings. I've changed all the fluids in everything. As in your case like mine, the more you dig.....the more you're gonna find. Take your time and pick your battles!! Good luck!
I would add a wiring / electric inspection , as well as fuel lines . Reason , possible rodent damage . I see that issue often . I just happen to have an 87 Porsche in the shop that has been sitting in a garage for 15 years ! A nightmare ! But , the guy is willing to pay to get it running !
