That actually sounds pretty reasonable for what you get, do you feel a conciderable increase in performance? What other mods did you install on your 300? Were you able to switch the EFI equipment over on to your original 83 block, did you have change out the head? I am curious at how easy it was to convert, I would have a hard time changing out my carb simply because it runs so good. She runs beautifully on the expressway, and has plenty of grunt for gettin through the tough stuff in the woods and out in the field and pushing and pulling. I just hate to mess with a good thing.
