What do you tow or haul with your ford?

We had a Fuzion 371 toyhauler that we traded in on the Grand Design last year. Wife loves the more living area but I liked the generator and extra 1/2 bath on the Fuzion. Living area in the toyhauler was hard to keep cool because the second AC was in the garage area. The Grand Design is built a little better then the Keystone Fuzion also. No major problems with either brand.

Picked this beast up this morning and promptly put it to work. 40' PJ w/ 2 12k axles, Hutch 9700 suspension, electric/hydraulic discs (rotors are massive), hydraulic Monster Jacks, load range "G" tires, sliding ratchets, torque tube, and probably some other things. It takes some getting used to after pulling those 24 footers around the last few years. Pulls great though. Trailer is approximately 10k# and the load I picked up was 11,288#. If I could have got everything on the deck I think I could have cracked the 10 MPG barrier on the way back but as it was, a little over 12' hi, I ended up around 8. But, this ain't for my 350, it just got here a little early. The 550 is being ordered to deal with this beast.

Just picked this up this past weekend...
2018 Grand Design Momentum 394. Empty weight 15,100 lbs, GVWR 20,000 lbs. The length measurement is listed as 42' 4", but that's from the back to the center of the pin. There's another 2' or so that is in front of the pin, so I'm guessing about 44' total from front to back.
I posted a pic a couple of years ago with my F350 Dually hooked up to my then toy hauler, a 34 1/2' tow behind and a few guys commented on my "overkill" for that trailer. I bought the Dually at that time, with something like this one in mind and not have to go through getting a bigger truck....AGAIN. Well, that time has come and I was prepared totally for the "Beast"!

Thanks again for the kudos.
Yea, she's smiling for sure. We both liked or previous camper, and it was great for 3 or 4 days at a time, but we both wanted something bigger for our future (she's retired and I'm hanging it up in about 13 months), and this one gives us lots of room for staying in it for weeks and weeks.
