New IDI Owner.
First Diesel, First Truck with power windows.
Got the truck in trade for extensive mechanical work on a eagle sedan.
Truck is a 92 F250 XLT 7.3idi with a wastegated banks sidewinder system, looks like a rebuilt pump from oregon injection, US gear exhaust brake. zf5.
Got the truck to tow my race car, in the trailer pictured (about 9k gvw) truck has some work cut out ahead of it. has 225k.
plans are for now to rebuild the turbo, remove muffler then turn up the pump to run at 1000* fully loaded. ATM im getting 8lbs and about 700 tops unloaded, didnt have the gauges when i tried towing with it for the first time.
