buying used
Sure could use some expert feedback on buying a 95 to 97
F-350, crewcab, 4X4 to haul around a 10'6' camper. I am knew to trucks and was wondering if there are any issues I should be concerned with when buying a used Ford truck. Not sure if it will be a 460 or diesel engine. Wife complains about diesel noise.
I'll post this same question in the heavy section as I am unsure of its' proper placement within the forum

well good luck in youre search for the truck to fit yoiure needs first of all.
and 1 common problem with trucks ven up to 95 (im not sure if it persisted after that )was the ford oil pans would blister and rust and eventually rust right through and start to leak oil...
thats the only major common problem that i could think of off the top of my head
