Runs sluggish please help

Runs sluggish please help
It runs sluggish/ hesitates from a stop to about 30 mph and stalls when shifting from rev. To drive with the a/c on any ideas. ok narrowed it down to a shifting issue. it upshifts to quick could it be internal or a trans speed densor

Is the SES light on and have you had a code reader hooked up to the computer yet?

No Ses lite no codes replaced plugs coils and fuel filter two weeks ago ran fine until this past tues.

Have you cleaned the tb, iac, egr, in a while? Check for vacuum leaks also. Hoses get older and brittle and get small cracks in them.

I'm thinking low fuel pressure based on the symptoms.

Checked iac tps & vacuum leaks all ok it now feels like its shifting to early idk still stalls when put into dr but ok when put in to1st then dr
