Okay, down the road I am planning on an ATS turbo, and headers + whatever else strikes my fancy.
For right now, how much of a power increase would/should i expect with a larger [lets say 3in] exhaust?
How much do headers add to the horsepower/torque?
With headers+turbo+super exhaust, how much of an average power increase would i expect? I know it varies from truck to truck, and the config of the individual turbo, but any ball park figures would be totally cool.

This is just my guess:
exhaust: +10 HP, +15 TQ
exhaust + headers: +30 HP, +50 TQ
exhaust + headers + turbo: +80 HP, + 120 TQ
These are just guesses off the top of my head but I think they're pretty close.

A good air intake system along with the free flowing exhaust will make it even better. Anything you can do to get more air flowing through the engine will help improve the power. A big exhaust pipe usually lets the turbo spool up quicker (no turbo lag).

I'm not too good at understanding how the headers will allow you to install the turbo system. The system is designed to use the standard exhaust manifold and connecting the crossover pipe to the turbo.
After I installed my ats system, I wrapped the crossover with manifold wrap from napa and that seemed to help too.
Larger exhaust will let it breathe better and a k/n intake filter helped.
Be sure to get, install, and use gauges. You wont like the funny sound during meltdown.
