Fuse
I have a new (03) Expedition that keeps blowing a fuse on a regular basis. The Dealer can't find the cause. Would there be a diagnostics device that maybe my dealer doesn't have that would help pinpoint the problem?

The fuse is a 15amp fuse that controls the power windows, inside lights, radio, instuments, heated seats, and a few more. Thanks.
