Good afternoon everyone. I have a 2005 F-350 CC 4WD DRW with a FABTECH Lift. I took it in for an alignment today only to find out that I need Tie Rods, Stabilizer Bar and Bushing, Drag Link, Stabilizer shocks, and also the regular front shocks. The guy tells that Ford is the only place to get these. I can do the work myself (minus the alignment). So far on Fordparts.com this is a seriously expensive list. Can anyone recommend some other good places to get these parts? Much appreciated!

I would recommend places like rockauto.com. Also do a google search for "after market ford truck parts". You can get alot of aftermarket parts from advanced auto parts. The dealer is always the most expensive so I would recommend trying the three recommended above.
For premium parts I always recommend NAPA but any of the larger local retailers for hard parts carry top quality fairly price stuff. The only issue with anyone online is shipping which can push the cost over what's available locally. Amazon is an exception since most purchases over $25 have free shipping---I've ordered Moog ball joints and a George Strait CD all in the same order before!
OEM from the dealer these days isn't always the highest priced but sometimes the quality is a bit suspicious to me, never really know who's making the parts before the name Ford goes on. Typically though I've found OEM stuff from a dealer to be fair and competitive priced and of good enough quality to justify the cost.
Depending on the quality level you seek there is a part priced to meet it---longevity plays a key role in determining this for you---or at least me!

I wish I could say the same but down here in fl the dealer is most expensive 85% of the time quality is great but your gonna pay for it.
I found everything I need at Partsgeek.com. Lowest price, all parts are MOOG and its free shipping.
I having trouble finding the track bar bushing where it meets the frame though. What is monobeam suspension? That seems to play a factor in finding this part and getting the right one.

You can get the track bar bushing from the dealer or rockauto. I have seen it on both sites, I use Toulsey ford parts online for alot of my parts. You can save up to 50% over going to your local dealer. I also use NAPA.
All suspension bushings I've replaced are urethane---no sense in re-using the factory stuff since it deteriorates too quickly, losing its effectiveness too soon. Energy Suspenion and/or Prothane are my choices, there might be others too, I'm just not aware of them.
For Moog stuff I've used Amazon because they tend to have free shipping on so many things. After all where else can you order a few CD's, snacks AND truck parts at the same time?
