I haven't seen any covers for the third row seats. I have seen them for the second row in performance products catalog. They might fit on the third row but I'm not too sure. I hope this helps out!
Try "Griot's Garage". It's a mail-order catalog that carries all sorts of cool gadgets and gizmos for the garage. I never actually buy anything because I don't really need it, but they've got some really cool stuff in there. They have several kinds of seat covers, and one is a thick nylon cover that repels everything. I just did a search now, here's the link:
The best solution I've seen was also cheap, fast, and easy. A real winner! Buy a rectangle of inexpensive carpeting that will drape over the seat from the floor in front to the floor in back, probably less than 6'x8'. HOld it down with bungee cords across the bottom of the back and front. Put an old sheet or towels over the real seat covers before you put the carpet on, to avoid abrasion. When the carpet gets worn, dirty, or stinky, pitch it and replace.

That would work just fine, but for the sake of aesthetics, I would opt for a seat cover. Unless you had a real dirty dog, then you might want to look into something more substantial!
I have two giant shed monsters (newf & st. b.) and I've been through many, many different kinds of seat covers and cargo liners in my SUV's. they do make a third row custom seat cover for the xpy. stay away from the universal fit ones. they slip and slide and never stay on. same goes for those soft fabric cargo liners. (good for groceries and a drippy cooler, BAD for mobile dogs) the one I have is great it is made by Autoware seat covers and is well worth the money. fits great, perfect match, stays put, easy to take on and off. they are also made w/ about a half inch of foam sewn in (helps prevent toenail punctures) go to : www.everythingsuv.com www.canineAuto.com www.dogbedworks.com
they all carry the Autoware seat cover line. it's available for all three rows. front seat ones are side air bag friendly.
*here's a tip I learned to get the dog hair out of the carpet or fabric that the super vacs won't. use a 8 -10" professional window squegee w/ a good rubber blade drag it along carpet of fabric and it gathers and pulls out all the hair. works great.
hope these tips help.
