351w specs ?'s
alright so after working on my engine and getting the new parts can anyone help me with torque specs for a 69 351w Ive done some research and found some specs but i don't trust the sites so i wanted to check with you guys and see if any of you knew them. thanks

repair manual 69-75 6th edition says: (all in ft/lbs)
spark plugs-15-20
head bolts- 95-100 ( aluminum heads will be different)
intake manifold- 23-25 ( aluminum may b different)
exhaust manifold- 18-24
valve cover- 3-5
connecting rod bolts- 40-45
main caps- 95-105
flywheel to crank- 75-85
balancer/pulley- 70-90
