Ronnie, hows the new wheel working out for you ? Is that a stock 1.0 housing in your pic ? How is the power gain ? Any change in EGT ? Does it spool faster than stock ?
New stage 1's in the near future and it's time to rebuild my turbo. I am very interested in Barders' kit.

I picked up 360 Degree Thrust Bearing kit
Here's a couple pics of the 360 Degree thrust bearing I picked up from Barder Turbo http://www.barderturboservice.com. I don't work for them but I have heard good things from several people though. I believe the website says made in USA or UK. It appears to be of good quality. I have read where they can be steel or made of bronze. Bronze is supposed to allow for less heat transfer and the additional oiling will result in better reliability at higher boost levels.
Here is the Van Turbo I'm thinking of putting it in... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post13401068
I haven't taken any measurements to compare to the stock yet
