Fixing a Dana 44HD

Fixing a Dana 44HD
So I've been working on my project truck, Standard cab 87 Ford F250 6.9L Diesel.
I've been working on the front axle in particular. And after buying parts I discovered it is not the Dana 50 TTB, but a Dana 44HD TTB (should have checked the blasted door sticker for the GVWR).
Anyhow, the wheel hubs were bad I managed to find a new set with rotors and studs already installed. I've got the old brakes out, they were nearly worn through the metal.
The old hubs and rotors are off and I'm down to the spindle.
Spindle bearing and drivers side axle joint aren't doing so great. I've got the spindle nuts soaking in liquid wrench, and I'm going to heat up the bolts and remove that tomorrow.
I've got three questions.
The wheel bearings don't look bad. The hub and rotor (although both were in rough shape), were tight and I felt no play in it when I yanked on it. All the rollers are there and they don't seem loose. They were packed with grease and still roll. I'm debating on whether or not I should reuse them as the D50/60 bearings I currently have won't work. Should I put these old bearing in my new hubs?
How can I tell if my new hub assembly already has races pressed in?
What are the part numbers for the bearings, seals, and U-joints I should have bought (if I wasn't an idiot and actually took the time to confirm which axle it has).
Thanks

I did know that they are separable, I got a set of rotors themselves first, but when I inspected the old hubs I found that the road salt had eaten away a troubling amount of material between where the hub and rotor meet. I just had a bad feeling about them.
I was going to make do, but the carquest warehouse store here offers a 30% discount for students, so I got the pair of them for less than 200$.
