Are you wanting a "hang-on" type unit, or something a little more built-in looking? Later,

I would check with some of the aftermarket a/c companies such as old air products, hot rod air, vintage air... etc... There are several under dash units that resemble what was avaliable in the 60's and some modern stuff... If you want original, check e-bay; they pop up occasionally.

I put a 66 Mustang unit in mine, since I had a spare. When I went to bolt it up the holes were already under the dash lip. I imagine because it's the same dimensions as the other Ford supplied hang-on units.
Anyway, those are pretty easy to find as well as the NEW hang-on units made by several of the other companies.
I was in Classic Air in Tampa a while back and they sell both reconditioned OEM Mustang units and a slightly cheaper "look a like". Would'nt be hard at all to make any of those work. They are a LOT cheaper than the combo units that replace your current heater and have ducting running to both ends of the dash as well as a center outlet.
There aren't any "thru-dash" setups for our trucks, at least in kit form. For that you'd have to fab something up. But it can be done.
I don't know which engine you have, but bracket kits are available for most common Ford V-8's and 6 cyl's.
Here's some links that might help.

< also try Classic Auto Air in Tampa, Fl. at 813-251-2356 or
813-251-4994. Talk to Errol Forsman, that's the guy that showed me around. They specialize in older A/C systems, and stock tons of new, NOS ( OEM & aftermarket a/c ) and
used parts for all makes.
