Why do they call our trucks "slicks"? I only have one because my dad left me one and my brother one when he died on Christmas day, both '66 Custom Cab short boxes, but really starting to get into them. They are gorgeous trucks and make great canvases.

The truth with a little tongue in cheek. There were a group of us older farts hanging out online a few years back wondering what to call our trucks. There was input north, south east & west, we liked slick60s and the name stuck. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
